PRINCIPLES OF RESKIN MEDICAL AND ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY
 

The senior management of the company has established specific principles on which the anti-bribery policy is based. These principles are the following:
 

✓ It implements a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption and is committed to acting with professionalism, legality, and integrity in all its professional transactions and relationships.

✓ It does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption.

✓ It will not provide, offer, or agree to provide, approve, or request that someone provide, directly or indirectly, benefits of any kind to individuals in order for those individuals to act, in violation of their duties, through an action or omission.

✓ It will never request or accept, directly or indirectly, benefits of any kind or the promise of such benefits in order to cause or reward improper behavior in the form of actions or omissions that arise from or conflict with someone’s duties.

✓ The policy is appropriate for the purposes and objectives of the company.

✓ It actively complies with all laws and regulations related to combating bribery, money laundering, and terrorism, and recognizes its responsibility to report to the competent Greek Authorities any behavior considered suspicious.

✓ It makes efforts for the continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.

✓ It informs and trains its personnel, as well as partners and subcontractors, regarding the anti-bribery policy.

✓ It defines and measures specific objectives for combating bribery.

✓ It assigns the management of the system to a specific role, the Anti-Bribery Management System Officer.
 

The Policy is available to the company’s personnel and subcontractors, who apply it.
